  • Provide general clerical support including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
 
Job Experience
  • Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant preferred (1 year)
  • Proficient computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette
