- Maintain and update files, records, and documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Type and transcribe documents, reports, and correspondence
- Provide general clerical support including photocopying, faxing, and mailing

Job Experience |
 |
- Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant preferred (1 year)
- Proficient computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette

- Daily lab work in the R&D laboratory and be responsible for the development, effectiveness and efficiency of the R&D department.
- Ensure formulas are stable and comply with NPRA requirement
- Responsible for product stability, product budget, product continuous improvement, product innovation development and latest product trends.
- Ensure daily activities are carried out smoothly and meet samples submission on time.
- Working with other departments in quality assurance & production to ensure consistency of the product quality.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation system
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
